Trinamool Congress announced candidates for all 42 Lok Sabha seats in West Bengal, ending speculation of seat-sharing arrangement with the INDIA bloc. Congress criticized the unilateral decision. Congress and the TMC had been trying to figure out a seat-sharing arrangement in Bengal for months, but TMC refused to allot the Congress more than 3 seats.
