An accidental blast at a police station in Nowgam on the outskirts of Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar killed nine people and injured 29 others on Friday night.

A three-judge division bench of the Calcutta High Court, on Friday, ruled that henceforth the juveniles accused in any act of crime will be eligible for anticipatory bail.
