Alia Bhatt shares what all went backstage to get ready for her debut Paris Fashion Week appearance; fan says ‘Queen is queening’

Alia Bhatt took over France when she made her debut at the Paris Fashion Week. The National Award-winning actress got eyes popping when she ruled the runway in her futuristic silver breastplate, designed by Gaurav Gupta. Upon returning to India, the actress dropped multiple images from the mega fashion event which was also attended by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor. The Jigra actress dropped backstage images giving a peek of her fashion army.

A while ago, the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actress took to her Instagram and dropped a carousel of images, showcasing what went backstage to give her the killer look, apt for her debut on the runway of Paris Fashion Week. The photo opens with Alia Bhatt flaunting her bright smile donning a metallic silver bustier with black flared pants, matching earrings, and makeup and hair that made her look like the diva she is.

In the following image, her face card was just on point. Then comes an unedited selfie of Bhatt, seeing through the lenses as her hairstylist does his magic on her. She penned “Backstage” in the captions with a selfie and lipstick emoji.

The fourth picture of the album was again a selfie by the talented Indian star amid the chaos of making her look like a million-dollar diva. She also dropped an image of herself sitting alongside supermodel Heidi Klum. She rounded up her photo dump with yet another stunning image of herself in her head-turning ensemble. Alia went to the coveted fashion event with her husband, Animal actor Ranbir Kapoor, their daughter Raha Kapoor, and her mother-in-law, Jugg Jug actress Neetu Kapoor.

Yesterday, Neetu also dropped a video of her daughter-in-law rocking the ramp. Expressing how proud she was, the senior actress stated that they cheered the loudest when Alia made the public appearance. Earlier today, the family was spotted exiting Mumbai airport as they returned from Paris Fashion Week. Neetu kissed her granddaughter goodbye before heading home.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia Bhatt will be seen in Jigra with Vedang Raina followed by Alpha so-starring Munjya actress Sharvari.

Jigra: Diljit Dosanjh hilariously dubs for Alia Bhatt in his Chal Kudiye special Instagram vlog; actress can’t stop laughing

Alia Bhatt, who was last seen in the 2023 film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, is now gearing up for an exciting lineup of films including Jigra, Alpha, Love and War, and an untitled love story. Alia’s upcoming film, Jigra, is the latest one to be released next month. She has collaborated with Punjabi music sensation Diljit Dosanjh in the song, Chal Kudiye. A few days after the makers released its music video, Diljit has now hilariously dubbed for Alia in his Chal Kudiye special Instagram vlog. The Jigra actress can’t stop laughing at it.

On September 25, Diljit Dosanjh dropped a video of his special Chal Kudiye vlog on Instagram featuring himself with Alia Bhatt. In the behind-the-scenes glimpses from the sets, the clip shows Alia interacting with Diljit while shooting for the song. In a scene from the vlog, her expressions are on point. She sported a black tee and twinned it with cargo pants. Diljit wore an overall white outfit for the shoot.

As the Jigra team awaits its release, the Punjabi singer accompanied his post with a caption that read, “JIGRA releasing on 11th October.”

Crooned by Diljit Dosanjh and Alia Bhatt, Chal Kudiye was released on September 17, 2024. During its release, Karan Johar penned a note for the song that read, “It’s the coming together of two such absolute forces of nature…the best of the best! Special shoutout to Diljit for having the biggest Jigra and being our Jigra too by giving us this gem.” Chal Kudiye is the second singing collaboration after Ik Kudi, the Club Mix song from Udta Punjab (2016).

Jigra stars Alia Bhatt as Satya, a young fierce woman, and Vedang Raina plays her brother in the film. Produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Alia Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt, and Soumen Mishra under Dharma Productions and Eternal Sunshine Productions, it will be released on October 11, 2024.

Main Accused In Bengaluru Fridge Murder, Found Dead In Odisha

The man suspected of being involved in the horrific refrigerator murder in Bengaluru has been found dead in Odisha. He has apparently died by suicide, said sources in the Odisha police.

The man, Mukti Ranjan Roy, was found hanging on a tree in Odisha’s Bhadrak district today. One of her three key friends in Bengaluru, he was the prime suspect in the case.

The body of the woman, Mahalaxmi, chopped into 30-odd pieces and stuffed in the fridge, was recovered on Saturday, shocking the city. The body parts were partially decomposed, leading the police to believe that she was killed at least two weeks before.

The woman, who worked at a mall, was estranged from her husband, who, reports say, had blamed her friend for the murder.

The discovery of the body came days after the city police said they have identified the suspect and was on his trail.
