Shah Rukh Khan reveals rare details about his lifestyle

Shah Rukh Khan recently revealed his daily schedule. The actor was in Switzerland to attend the Locarno Film Festival. Shah Rukh Khan accepted going to sleep at 5 am and getting up at 9 am, revealing that after he returns from work at 2 am, he works out for half an hour every day and then sleeps. 

Shah Rukh said, “I go to sleep at five in the morning. When Mark Wahlberg gets up, I go off to sleep. And then I wake up at about nine or 10 if I’m shooting. But then I will come home at 2am, take a bath and then work out before I go to sleep.” Apparently, the actor has only one meal a day. 

Recently, Shah Rukh was honoured with the Pardo alla Carriera, or Career Leopard, a lifetime achievement award, at the 77th edition of the Locarno Film Festival.
