Calling upon Muhajirin (foreign fighters) from all countries to join their outfit, Islamic State spokesman Abu Hudhayfah al-Ansari released a statement claiming how the establishment of the Caliphate was a turning point in history and how they had expanded globally, up till Mozambique in Africa.
