BTS’ Indian ARMYs are on cloud nine, after V a.k.a Taehyung hinted at a concert in India with his new social media post. During his latest Weverse live interaction, V responded to a fan. He greeted the person with the message, “Namaste, Indian ARMYs. See you next year.” This has sent shockwaves around social media, as Indian ARMYs now speculate a possible concert in the country. One fan tweeted, “Omgg. Did we hear right ?? #V said “Indian ARMY see you next year .. My desi ARMYs.. How are we doing ??” Another fan wrote, “This is the best Christmas gift ever! I can’t believe BTS will come to India next year.” One fan said, “It is the best!!! I hope they perform their new songs! Cannot wait for the concert.”

This move is part of HYBE’s long-term strategy to expand the reach of K-pop worldwide. Under the leadership of Bang Si Hyuk, the company is applying its Multi-home, Multi-genre strategy to major global music markets. The plan is to mix K-pop’s business model with local cultures and music preferences.
