For fugitive diamantaire Mehul Choksi’s extradition, India gives assurance to Belgium on his detention conditions

New Delhi is proceeding with caution after President Donald Trump appeared to soften his tone against India following weeks of tensions between the two nations marked by the US’s 50% tariffs on goods from the South Asian country.

The initiative, held in coordination with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), will take place across seven court complexes in the capital.
