A Class 10 student in one of Delhi’s leading schools has died by suicide by jumping from a Metro station and left behind a suicide note in which he has blamed his teachers.

Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on Wednesday honoured the “towering legacy” of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her birth anniversary and said “today, one remembers a figure who left a major imprint, for good and ill.”

The bench also observed that the matter could not be heard “piecemeal,” indicating that it was inclined to transfer the entire case to Delhi or Calcutta High Court.
