K-pop stars from renowned groups have been treating fans to solo tracks of late and BLACKPINK’s Jennie is the latest addition. The singer just released her solo track Mantra and it’s the ultimate pretty girl anthem.

The music video of Jennie’s Mantra opens with a nod to the iconic action-comedy franchise, Rush Hour. A young girl can be seen jamming to lyrics from the song in the backseat of a car. We then get a montage of Jennie stepping out of cars in stylish looks, kickstarting the catchy song.

Throughout the sultry video, Jennie can be seen dancing across Los Angeles, lounging in a kiddie pool next to a car, posing against a truck and serving tonnes of oomph. Jennie is in her pretty girl era and it’s safe to say that it’s a great time for Blinks.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK’s Rose recently announced her debut solo album Rosie and Lisa released her single Moonlit Floor. Jisoo is set to lead Monthy Boyfriend, a K-drama which also features Seo In Guk.

Last night, filmmaker Siddharth Anand threw a star-studded bash on his wife, Mamta Anand’s birthday. In attendance were several Bollywood celebrities including Hrithik Roshan who worked with the director on Fighter. He was joined by his girlfriend Saba Azad. While Shah Rukh Khan who collaborated with Siddharth on Pataan, couldn’t make it, Gauri Khan was present along with her mother. Bipasha Basu, Karan Singh Grover, Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra, and others were also seen arriving at the party.

Hrithik Roshan looked handsome in a grey t-shirt paired with a shirt and baggy pants. The actor got protective of his girlfriend Saba Azad as she made her way through the paparazzi at the venue. Kunal Kapoor was also seen posing with the couple and the director.
