Minneapolis witnesses another shooting involving federal law enforcement. The incident occurred at East 26th Street and Nicollet Avenue. Video shows federal agents struggling with a man before a shot was fired. Governor Tim Walz reacted sharply to the incident. This comes after the fatal shooting of Renee Good by ICE agents earlier this month.
