Maharashtra Election Results 2024 LIVE Updates: Maharashtra voted with enthusiasm, registering a voter turnout not seen in three decades. In a largely peaceful election, a multi-crore bitcoin scam involving the names of Mr Patole and NCP (SP) MP Supriya Sule started a row. Further, BJP National General Secretary Vinod Tawde was accused of a cash-for-votes scam, with the opposition alleging he distributed Rs 5 crore.

Palvai Aryan Reddy, a 23-year-old student from Hyderabad studying in the US, tragically passed away from a gunshot wound on his birthday in Atlanta. The incident occurred while Aryan was at home with friends, and while the circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, it is known that the fatal shot came from his licensed hunting rifle.

District Collector Dilip Swami stated in a video message that to prevent any law and order issues following the election results, victory processions will not be allowed in the district.
