Travis Kelce Gushes Over Attending Taylor Swift’s Indianapolis Eras Tour Concert; Says, ‘American Crowds Did Not Disappoint’

Taylor Swift is approaching the end of her Eras Tour concerts, which kicked off in March 2023. As the pop icon performed across the countries, her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, was present at various venues to support Swift.

The Kansas City Chiefs player recently attended the Eras Tour concert in Indianapolis, where he cheered for the Grammy-winning singer, and the latter, too, celebrated her boyfriend, who was accompanied by Swift’s mother in the VIP box.

In a podcast conversation with his brother, Jason Kelce, the athlete claimed that he wanted to watch Taylor perform “one more time” before the tour ended.

While talking to Jason, the NFL star mentioned that being amongst the American crowds was one hell of an experience. He went on to elaborate, “I’ll tell you what, man, the American crowds, they did not disappoint.”

Kelce further stated, “I heard that it was a lot more rowdy this time around, knowing she was coming back to stop through America one last time before the tour was over with. I’ll tell you what, man, that thing was rocking.”

In the videos shared by fans on X accounts, Kelce is seen dancing along with Andrea Swift as the Anti-Hero singer performs the song “So High School” during the concert. The Hollywood couple’s fans, however, believe that the track was specially composed for Travis.

In another fan video from the venue, Swift customized the lyrics of her song Karma to dedicate it to her boyfriend. The pop icon often switched the words of her songs during the concerts, especially when Kelce had been present.

In his talks further, Kelce revealed he had bumped into one of his fellow athletes and basketball players, Caitlyn Clark. Speaking of Clark, Travis said, “She was into the show for sure. She was there with her mom and a few friends. I think this is, like, her third or fourth show she had been to.” He went on to say, “She’s a Swiftie through and through, man. Loves the show.”

Meanwhile, Taylor performed in Indianapolis for three nights and later directly flew to Kansas to watch her boyfriend play. Swift will perform her last leg of the Eras Tour in Vancouver, Canada.

‘His Presence Is Integral’: Yellowstone Director Explains Why Kevin Costner’s Character Is Important To The Show Despite Actor’s Exit

Yellowstone director Christina Voros explained why Kevin Costner’s character, John Dutton, will always be integral to the show even after the actor’s exit. As the show’s highly-anticipated finale episodes are approaching, Voros, who directed four of the six remaining episodes, reveals details of how Costner’s character influences the story in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

“His presence is integral,” she told the outlet. However, she didn’t go into the details and said, “I think to say any more than that would potentially compromise all the work that went into redacting the scripts.” Vamos further clarified that Costner’s character will remain the Dutton family patriarch, and his essence will stay throughout the show. “John Dutton is still central,” she added.

The actor’s sudden decision to exit the show came as a shock. Although many believed that the reason was his differences with the creative team, Costner never confirmed it. He told PEOPLE he was “disappointed” by the narrative. He claimed that the real reason behind his exit was because “the scripts weren’t there.”

According to him, the show stopped for 14 months, and nobody took defense against him. “There came a moment where I thought, ‘Wow, when is somebody going to say something about what I have done versus what I haven’t done?'” she added. In June, the actor confirmed that he would not return to the “beloved series” in his Instagram post. He admitted that the show changed him. “I loved it, and I know you loved it. I just wanted to let you know that I won’t be returning,” he added.

Despite the ups and downs, the cast is happy with how the series is coming to an end. Luke Grimes, who plays Kayce Dutton, told Entertainment Weekly that he “couldn’t be happier” about the show’s conclusion. “I think it’s a perfect ending for the show for every character,” he added. The final episodes of Yellowstone season 5 will premiere on Paramount Network on November 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

Kamala Harris Dials Trump To Concede Presidential Election, Say Her Aides

US Vice President Kamala Harris called Donald Trump on Wednesday to congratulate him for winning the 2024 presidential election, one of her senior aides said, following a bitter and contentious race.

Democrat Harris discussed with Mr Trump the importance of a peaceful transfer of power and being a President for all Americans, said the aide, confirming that Ms Harris will deliver remarks in Washington later today.

During the acrimonious campaign, the Democratic presidential candidate had described Mr Trump as a unique threat to democracy, but her campaign in the end underwhelmed voters.

She will deliver her concession speech in Washington today (2.30 am IST).

Mr Trump had never conceded defeat four years ago when his supporters ransacked the US Capitol. He returned to the White House with wider margins than before despite a criminal conviction, two impeachments while last in office and warnings from his former chief of staff that he was a “fascist.”

At 78, Mr Trump will be the oldest President during his inauguration scheduled on January 20. Had Ms Harris won, she would have been the first woman president of the US. “It’s a political victory that our country has never seen before,” Mr Trump said earlier today in his victory speech.

Global leaders swiftly pledged to work with Mr Trump, despite concerns in some parts of the world about his “America First” approach. Among the most worried countries will be Ukraine, which Russia invaded in 2022.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was among the first leaders who dialled Mr Trump to congratulate him. “Had a great conversation with my friend, President Donald Trump, congratulating him on his spectacular victory. Looking forward to working closely together once again to further strengthen India-US relations across technology, defence, energy, space and several other sectors,” PM Modi said in a post on X.

Mr Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance have scoffed at the billions of dollars in US assistance to Ukraine under outgoing President Joe Biden, with their aides musing about forcing Ukraine to make concessions to end the war.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky congratulated Trump and said he hoped the new US leader would help Ukraine find a “just peace.”

Ms Harris entered the race in July after the visibly ageing Biden dropped out. She ran a centrist campaign that highlighted Mr Trump’s inflammatory messaging and use of racist and sexist tropes. But his apocalyptic warnings about immigration found their mark with voters battered by the post-Covid economy and eager for change after the Biden years.

Hispanic and Black Americans, seen as crucial voting blocs for Harris, moved in greater numbers toward Mr Trump, who won a majority of Latino men, exit polls had shown.

Mr Trump is the first US President in more than a century to win a non-consecutive second term, and the only person to be elected President as a convicted felon — he is scheduled to face sentencing in a New York court for fraud on November 26.

He is also a longtime sceptic of climate change who is expected again to reduce US global commitments, although one of his top campaign surrogates was fellow billionaire Elon Musk, owner of electric vehicle maker Tesla.
