Vistara will merge into Air India on November 12, following government approval of foreign direct investment by Singapore Airlines. The merger will be finalised by the end of 2024, with SIA holding 25.1% and Tata Sons 74.9%. Vistara’s fleet and frequent flyer miles will integrate into Air India, strengthening its market presence.
