The Supreme Court directed petitioners to include all mob lynching cases, ensuring unbiased coverage. The court emphasized universal relief sought and deferred the hearing on rising vigilantism post-summer vacation. Hearing the plea filed by the women’s federation, the bench also asked the state governments to responds within six months regarding the mob lynching and cow vigilantism cases.
