The Pune City Police have registered a case against Pramod Kondhre, general secretary of the BJP’s city unit, for allegedly sexually harassing a senior woman police officer on Monday, said a senior Pune City Police official on Wednesday.

Bikram Singh Majithia, a senior SAD leader and former minister, was arrested by the Vigilance Bureau in Amritsar on Wednesday following the registration of a disproportionate assets case against him. The arrest followed investigations into a drug case, with allegations of laundering over Rs 540 crore of drug money.
