BJP leader and Union Minister Piyush Goyal on Tuesday formally commenced seat-sharing talks with the AIADMK, marking a key development in alliance-building ahead of the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.

A Sambhal shoe trader was allegedly murdered, dismembered, and dumped by his wife and her lover after being caught in a compromising position. The wife confessed to the crime, detailing how they used an iron rod and shoe-hammer to kill him before dismembering the body and disposing of the parts.

Although the couple had been married for 14 years since 2011, they had been living separately for the past one-and-a-half years due to deep-seated misunderstandings.
