Ever since its teaser created a massive buzz online, Bhooth Bangla has continued to build excitement among audiences. Marking the much-anticipated reunion of Akshay Kumar and director Priyadarshan after 14 years, the film promises a signature blend of spooky fun and madcap comedy. Amid the ongoing shoot, a behind-the-scenes moment from the filming of one of the film’s songs has now caught attention.

According to sources close to the production, actress Wamiqa Gabbi performed a key train sequence where she’s at the edge of a train, which required precise coordination and timing with Akshay Kumar. What stood out on set was the level of comfort and trust she shared with her co-star, Akshay Kumar, while executing the scene.

“Wamiqa completely trusted Akshay with the sequence and was comfortable performing it without any external support. The coordination between the two came through effortlessly on camera, making the moment look seamless and natural,” revealed a source close to the film.

The sequence has since become a talking point on set, with the crew appreciating Wamiqa’s confidence and the strong on-screen sync between the two actors.

Balaji Motion Pictures, in association with Cape of Good Films, presents Bhooth Bangla starring Akshay Kumar, Wamiqa Gabbi, Paresh Rawal, Tabu, and Rajpal Yadav. Directed by Priyadarshan and produced by Akshay Kumar, Shobha Kapoor, and Ektaa R Kapoor, Bhooth Bangla releases in theatres on April 10, 2026.

Talking of Wamiqa, she will also be seen in Dil Ka Darwaaza Khol Na Darling, along with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Jaya Bachchan. Furthermore, she also has Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, G2 and Tiki Taka in the pipeline.

Akshay Kumar, too, has an interesting line up of films including Welcome to the Jungle, Haiwaan, and Golmaal 5, among others.

Jacob Elordi has recently starred in Wuthering Heights. The actor has also been appearing in award shows and events, while social media users are convinced about his deportation to Australia. Why so? A certain section of social media claims that Elordi is struggling with US visa issues.

While he has had visa issues previously, which have surfaced on social media time and again, the claims about his deportation are completely false. One post had also claimed that he was “deported back to Australia after U.S. immigration officials flagged issues with his visa status.” Moreover, the report also suggests that “he was detained briefly before being placed on a flight returning him to his home.”

Elordi hasn’t reacted to these claims, but he was also recently seen attending the 98th Academy Awards or Oscars 2026. Interestingly, Elordi was also nominated in the Best Supporting Actor category for his film Frankenstein. He attended the event with his mother Melissa Elordi. Jacob had previously revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that he had long promised to take his mother to the Oscars. “I am going to take my mum [to the Oscars]. I promised her when I was 15 that I would take her. So, I have to honour that.”

Despite the past visa-related issues, the actor did not have to move back to Australia. During an interview in 2019, Elordi had spoken about the success of Euphoria. He had stated, “I’d been in LA for about a year, I didn’t have any work and I had no money. I didn’t really have anywhere to live and I was in my car and on mates’ couches. My visa had like two weeks before it expired, so I was going to dip out and go back to Australia.” He revealed that getting a break in Euphoria helped him cope financially.
