Durga puja in Delhi this year is set to begin on a contentious note as the ruling BJP and the Opposition Aam Aadmi Party lock horns over which party wants political mileage for its leaders.

Chief Justice BR Gavai, who returned from Kathmandu on Sunday, told NDTV Wednesday that he was “distressed by the situation” in Nepal, where mass protests have caused widespread damage to government buildings and toppled the prime minister.
