Two people were injured after their motorcycle was hit and dragged for more than a kilometre by a car that was driven by a drunk teacher, in a shocking case of hit-and-run in Gujarat recently.

A Kalaripayattu trainer and his wife have been arrested for deliberately running over a 24-year-old food delivery agent in Bengaluru. CCTV footage revealed the couple intentionally rammed the agent’s scooter after a minor brush, then returned to collect broken car parts. The victim died from his injuries.

A shocking incident in Edmonton saw Indian-origin Canadian businessman Arvi Singh Sagoo fatally assaulted after confronting a stranger urinating on his car. The unprovoked attack left Sagoo unconscious, leading to his death five days later. Police have arrested Kyle Papin in connection with the aggravated assault. A fundraiser has been launched to support Sagoo’s two children.
