Punjabi singer Teji Kahlon was shot in Canada by associates of gangster Rohit Godara, who claimed Kahlon supplied weapons and money to rival gangs and acted as an informant. This incident highlights an ongoing transnational gang feud, following the recent murder of businessman Ramesh Rulania in Rajasthan, also suspected to be linked to Godara’s gang.

The local residents claimed that the SP, along with a few policemen, allegedly assaulted women and minors for bursting firecrackers.
