A devastating explosion at a firecracker manufacturing unit in Anakapalle district’s Kailasapatnam village has claimed the lives of eight individuals and left seven others injured. The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon, igniting a massive fire that engulfed the entire unit.

Jebaraj was arrested by Coimbatore City Police in Munnar, Idukki district, on Saturday evening after evading arrest for several months

All the victims in the incident belonged to the Samarlakota locality of the Kakinada district.
