Investigative agencies revealed that eight terrorists planned serial blasts across four Indian cities, intending to move in groups of two with multiple IEDs. The plot involved raising funds and procuring over 20 quintals of NPK fertilizer for explosives. The investigation is also examining the preparation of additional vehicles for the attacks.

A Turkiye-based handler, codenamed Ukasa, allegedly directed a terror module led by Al-Falah University professor Umar Un Nabi in a plot hatched in 2022. The group, linked to JeM and AGuH, planned spectacular attacks in India, including at Red Fort and Ayodhya, using vehicle-borne IEDs and explosives.
