NIA recreated the Delhi blast crime scene with arrested Al-Falah University doctor Muzammil Ahmad Ganaie. He was taken to rented rooms where explosives were stored and to his university accommodation, believed to be the plot’s nerve center. Investigators are probing the doctors’ alleged links to handlers in Pakistan and Turkey.

According to the CBI, the agency had registered a case on September 24, 2024 and had earlier conducted extensive searches at multiple locations linked to the accused.
