Intermittent showers lashed Mumbai overnight and on Wednesday morning, while local train services on the Central Railway’s harbour line resumed after 15 hours, putting normal life slowly back on track.

The traffic constable, identified as Asif, was on duty. The incident happened while he was checking the vehicles. 

A senior airport security officer said the traveller’s passport named him as Mohammad Rasool Najeeb Khan, with a Navi Mumbai address and Mumbai recorded as his birthplace
