Euphoria and The Idol producer Kevin Turen passes away at 44

Kevin Turen, the producer behind Euphoria and The Idol, passed away during the weekend at the age of 44. As per multiple media reports, the exact cause of his death remains unknown, as no official statement has been released by his family at this time.

Kevin was born in New York City on August 16, 1979. After completing his education in cinema at Columbia University, he relocated to Los Angeles. He had a close association with Sam Levinson and Ashley Levinson, and together they established Little Lamb Productions. This production company went on to create the acclaimed HBO drama series Euphoria, which earned Zendaya two Emmy awards. The show also features talented actors such as Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Alexa Demie, Sydney Sweeney, and Maude Apatow. Production for the third season of this influential series is expected to commence in December.

In addition to producing The Idol, a creation of Sam Levinson, Kevin was also behind the feature film Pieces of a Woman (2020), which featured Vanessa Kirby and earned her an Academy Award nomination for her performance. Kevin had a strong relationship with Ti West and produced the first two instalments of the X trilogy, X (2022) and Pearl (2022), both starring Mia Goth in the lead role.

The Indian Institutes of Management have released the mock test for Common  Admission Test on  the official website of the CAT 2023. The mock tests have been released to guide the students about the computer based exam, features, procedures and the steps to access the test. 

The computer-based Common Admission Test 2023 will be held on November 26, 2023 in three sessions. The test has three Sections, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data
Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Ability.

Candidates can check the Mock test link is on the official website of CAT 2023. They will be allowed to move to the next section only after completing 40 minutes.

Steps to navigate to CAT 2023 Mock test link

CLAT 2024: Admit cards For Law Exam To Be Released Soon, Check Details

The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will soon release  the admit cards for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2024. The registrations for the online applications for undergraduate and postgraduate law entrance exam ended on November 10, 2023.  The exam is scheduled to be held on December 3, 2023.

The admit cards will  be released few days before the exam. A notification regarding the same  will be made on the official website. Candidates must keep checking the official website of CLAT for information on the law entrance exam. 

Students who will be appearing for the exams must note that the admit card is a mandatory documents that needs to be carried by students appearing in the exams. The CLAT 2024 admit card will contain details  about the candidate’s name and roll number, registration number, name of exam, exam date and schedule, exam centre name and address and the reporting time to exam centre.

The Common Law Admission Test is a national level entrance exam that is conducted for admissions to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programmes offered by 22 National Law Universities in India. 

The exam is organised by the Consortium of National Law Universities, comprising representative universities. The admission to the 5-year integrated LLB and LLM programmes that will commence in the academic year 2024-2025 will be conducted through the scores of the CLAT 2024.
