A national-level bodybuilder and para-athlete from Rohtak, Rohit Dhankhar, died after being attacked for confronting men harassing women at a wedding. Dhankhar was severely beaten by a group of nearly 20 armed assailants after the wedding ceremony. His family alleges it was a planned murder for standing up for women’s dignity.
