It also explains the reason why the British did not leave India, tracing the roots of the drug trade back to the British era. After India got independence, and in 1967, the massive opium business was split into two formidable factions: the Afghan Trading Company and the Golden Trading Company. While more layers open about the story, the makers also introduce several characters including Biju Menon, Anil Kapoor, Rukmini Vasanth, Ashutosh Rana, and many others. Jr NTR plays the role of a merciless killer and Assassin-in-Chief for the Afghan Trading Company.
