In a tragic incident in Bihar’s Madhubani district, a 67-year-old man, Ramnath Chaudhary, died after being attacked by a troop of over 20 monkeys. The incident occurred while he was collecting fodder for his livestock in Shahpur village. Local authorities have been alerted and are urging the forest department to capture the monkeys to prevent further incidents.

The Election Commission (EC) addressed concerns regarding the deletion of 65 lakh voters from Bihar’s electoral roll, clarifying that the list was uploaded promptly following a Supreme Court directive. The EC urged electors and political parties to utilize the remaining 15-day window to file claims and objections.
