After unveiling chart-topping songs, intriguing posters and a promising teaser, the makers have finally released the trailer of Bhooth Bangla, and it is nothing short of a fantastic, vintage ride packed with laughs, spooks and full-on entertainment.
The trailer shows a glimpse of Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan’s reunion after 14 years. While the teaser of Bhooth Bangla only sets the mood, the trailer reveals a concrete and engaging storyline that is both funny and entertaining. Gripping from start to finish, it perfectly balances the humour quotient, showcasing the film’s strength in keeping the audience hooked throughout.
Akshay Kumar returns to what he does best. With the golden trio of Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav, along with Asrani adding the perfect sprinkle of laughter, the trailer wins hearts and triggers plenty of laughs.
In the trailer, Akshay Kumar is determined to slay the notorious Vadhusur while lifting off a curse from the otherwise peaceful city of Mangalpur. He decides to get married in the city, only to be warned by Asrani that the city is cursed. No marriages happen in Mangalpur due to Vadhusur’s clutches.
The trailer launch, which happened in Mumbai, was attended by the entire team. They promised a power packed comedy entertainer. The team addressed the reunions while opening up on the kind of work that went on to create the movie. Akshay shared his thoughts with fans and media alike, while Priyadarshan opened up about the film living up to his expectations as an artiste.

Bhooth Bangla has been one of the most anticipated films of 2026, bringing back Bollywood’s iconic actor-director duo, Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan, after 14 years.
