Following the Pahalgam attack in Jammu and Kashmir, a former US Pentagon official likened it to the October 7 Hamas attacks in Israel, highlighting the targeting of a specific religious group. The official urged India to retaliate against Pakistan and its ISI, similar to Israel’s response to Hamas.
