Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has experimented with various genres and has succeeded in every genre. He is such a  versatile actor and we can see it on screen. He had earlier revealed that his dad Rakesh Roshan’s friends complained about his film choices. He shared what being ‘star’ means to him and we absolutely loved his answer. 

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Hrithik Roshan shared an interesting anecdote: many of his father’s friends had complained against his film choices, suggesting that it wasn’t the right choice for someone of his star status. Despite their reservations, Super 20 actor remained committed to the project, proving his dedication to taking risks and challenging himself in his career.

Hrithik reflected on what it truly means to be a star, emphasizing that it’s not just about churning out films for commercial gain. To him, stardom involves using one’s influence to support meaningful projects, whether they are promising scripts or talented people. 

He believes the real power of being a star lies in elevating the quality of content and empowering others in the industry. He said, “I think anybody who has a status where they can empower good things, people, scripts, whatever, that is what you should use your power for.”

While not every choice will lead to success, Hrithik feels it’s important to stay committed to one’s values and vision without compromising for the sake of guaranteed returns.

On the work front, Hrithik Roshan is gearing up for his return in War 2, the much-awaited sequel to the 2019 blockbuster, which is part of Yash Raj Films’ Spy Universe. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, this installment will see him team up with Jr. NTR and Kiara Advani, creating an exciting new trio. 

Though recent buzz suggested the cast traveled to Italy for a song shoot, Pinkvilla revealed that they also captured some intense action sequences amidst stunning outdoor backdrops.

Andrew Garfield and Amelia Dimoldenberg are once again in the headlines for their through-the-ceiling chemistry. The good news this time is that their cheeky interaction is longer instead of brief red-carpet exchanges.

The two enjoyed an 11-minute date on the former’s viral show, Chicken Shop Date, and the episode, released on Friday, October 18, is rightfully being termed the best rom-com of the year. Dimoldenberg starts the date by telling the Spider-Man star, “Don’t do anything weird like bring out a ring or get down on one knee or like—I’m not in the mood today. Just so we’re clear.” They then proceed to discuss their history, with Garfield saying, “Can we agree there’s a bit of a curse on this?” He acknowledges that there’s definitely a vibe between them.

Dimoldenberg agrees, saying sassily, “Yeah, it’s been vibey to the point where you’ve been avoiding me for two years because the vibes were too much for you to handle.” He pleads guilty.

After both Garfield and Dimoldenberg express their surprise over finally getting to sit down for a date, fake or not, the former proceeds to ask the show host what might’ve happened if there weren’t cameras filming and microphones recording them. “If this wasn’t here, do you think we’d actually go on a date? Do you think it’s f***ed up, the fact that we could have actually gone on a date at some point maybe?” the actor asks.

She plays hard to get while Garfield asserts, “I actually believe maybe we could’ve without all of this.”

Tom Holland recently revealed his passion for carpentry while sharing the sweet gesture he loves to do for his girlfriend, Zendaya. He said he enjoys helping out his girlfriend when repairs are required around the house.

Speaking to the Rich Roll podcast, the Spider-Man actor stated it makes him happy whenever he can assist the Dune star by using his incredible handyman skills. He mentioned that the Euphoria star has many things in her house that could likely break, and when they do, he takes great pride in doing the repairs. He said, “If something breaks in Zendaya’s house, I take huge pride in fixing it.”

In another instance, he gushed about how he built cupboards and installed a new wardrobe in her guest room and so beautifully placed it into the room that it perfectly matched the decor. He took special care to note that he was very pleased with the alteration and that it enhanced the room as well. He stressed that he was very proud of himself when the wardrobe he built for his girlfriend looked like it was a part of the wall.

Holland is inspired by his grandfather, a carpenter by profession, who passed the profession onto him as a child. As a carpentry enthusiast, Holland’s career as an actor does not stop him from pursuing the craft, and he hopes to carry it on. One of his future goals is to have a property where he can work on carpentry projects and continue the family tradition.
