A 5-J bench led by CJI D Y Chandrachud, with three more judges from UK SC also sitting on the bench, said that they take exception to SBI not giving full details of electoral bonds to election commission. The SC said that its judgment and order were clear that all EB details were to be submitted by the bank to election commission by March 12. SBI has given details sans unique numbers on bonds by the deadline.
