The OTT platform, Netflix, has recently revealed an exciting lineup of television shows and movies to enthral its audiences. The lineup comprises projects from actors like Anil Kapoor, Sunny Deol, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Saif Ali Khan, Vikrant Massey and more.

The lineup was announced at a star-studded event, held recently in Mumbai. Amongst the lineup for 2026, the OTT platform revealed that its comedy show, Kapil Sharma Show, is coming up with another season. Anil Kapoor is starring in a series, called Family Business, which will also star Nandish Sandhu, Rhea Chakraborty and more. A courtroom drama, named Ikka, will also release on Netflix. It stars Sunny Deol, Akshaye Khanna, Dia Mirza, Tilottama Shome, Sanjeeda Shaikh and more in leading roles. Interestingly, Filmfare had exclusively revealed about Sunny and Akshaye’s collaboration.

Another show, the first original Telugu project of Netflix, Super Subbu will also release in 2026. It stars Murali Sharma, Sundeep Kishan and Mithila Palkar in leading roles. Bhuvan Bam’s Dhindora, where the actor-comedian himself plays every character, will also come up with its second season. Other titles include Hello Bacchon, starring Vineet Kumar Singh. Vikrant Massey, Mahima Makwana and Vedika Pinto are coming with Musafir Cafe, a heartfelt love story. Saif Ali Khan and Pratik Gandhi are starring in Hum Hindustani and R Madhavan will lead Legacy.

According to the latest update, the action thriller collected ¥105 million (Rs 6.1 crore) in Japan, with 17,000 footfalls in just 14 days. Japan, known as one of the world’s most selective and taste-driven cinema markets, has embraced Allu Arjun with remarkable enthusiasm. The film’s performance reflects the actor’s expanding global footprint and the franchise’s growing appeal. While Pushpa 2 did not break the opening-day records held by RRR in Japan, its consistent performance marks another step forward for Indian cinema in the region.
