PM Modi engaged in a cheerful video call with Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, India’s newest space traveller, congratulating him on his historic achievement. Shukla shared that he brought ‘gajar ka halwa’, ‘moong dal ka halwa’, and ‘aam ras’ to share India’s culinary heritage with his international teammates, who thoroughly enjoyed the treats.

The Air India plane was flying to Chennai when the burning smell was detected in the cabin, prompting the pilots to land the aircraft back in Mumbai.

The crew intervened in order to de-escalate the situation and relocated the complainant to a business class seat for the duration of the landing.
