Produced by Dharma Productions, Accused follows a celebrated doctor in London whose carefully constructed life begins to fracture after she is accused of sexual misconduct. As scrutiny intensifies and public opinion hardens, the film explores the strains placed on her closest relationships, and how quickly perception can take hold when certainty is out of reach. By centring on a woman as the accused, Accused asks viewers to sit with discomfort and doubt, unfolding as a story of one woman’s word against another.

With its nuanced storytelling from writers Sima Agarwal and Yash Keswani, restrained tension, and deeply felt performances, Accused offers a compelling exploration of trust under pressure and the emotional cost of choosing sides when certainty is absent. The film invites audiences to confront uncomfortable questions about belief, loyalty and the fragile line between truth and perception.

Ranveer Singh is on cloud nine after the massive success of his latest film, Dhurandhar. All eyes are now on the second part of the film, titled Dhurandhar: The Revenge. Amid the buzz around the film, he shared that life can get ‘pretty crazy at times’ and he craves serenity and moments of calm and stillness.

Talking to Hindustan Times, the actor said, “My life can get pretty crazy at times, and I crave serenity, moments of calm and stillness. The kind of silence where I can hear myself again, feel reconnected with my passions, and see the stress melt away.”

He added, “My curiosity and my thirst for knowledge, my appetite for exploration, become intense. I have an insatiable appetite for learning about culture. I studied Communication and Culture in university. I’m truly passionate about learning about and studying culture.” He also spoke about how travel humbles one and makes people realise how vast the world is and how small someone’s bubble can be.

Ranveer Singh was also recently seen hanging out with Shah Rukh Khan and cricketer Rinku Singh.

Talking of Dhurandhar, the Aditya Dhar directorial is streaming on Netflix, after a successful theatrical run.

Besides Ranveer, the film features a stellar cast comprising R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna and Sara Arjun, among others. With Dhurandhar: The Revenge, the saga is set to escalate into an even bigger, bolder, and more formidable cinematic universe.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge is written, directed, and produced by Aditya Dhar, and produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar. Presented by Jio Studios, this B62 Studios production is gearing up for a cinematic storm from March 19, 2026. The release will coincide with Eid, Gudi Padwa, and Ugadi, and will arrive in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
