Bargur police arrested the principal, school correspondent, and five others for covering up the rape of a 13-year-old student by NCC officer Sivaraman during an NCC camp. Sivaraman, the alleged perpetrator, and another officer are evading arrest. The incident was reported after the girl’s health worsened, which led to an inquiry and subsequent arrests.
