The Bombay High Court ruled that possessing Aadhaar, PAN, or voter ID does not prove Indian citizenship while denying bail to an illegal immigrant.

The Supreme Court is currently reviewing petitions challenging the Election Commission’s decision to conduct a Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Bihar. Allegations of discrepancies, such as inaccuracies in voter status, have been raised by petitioners.
