‘No law can legalise work of Babar’: Lawyer on plea against Places of Worship Act

Advocate Ashwini Upadhyay challenged the Places of Worship Act, 1991, arguing the need for surveys at disputed religious sites. The Supreme Court restrained all courts from ordering surveys in such cases while it reviews the Act’s constitutionality.
