The song Rai Rai Raa Raa from Peddi is pulsating. A full-blown commercial mass track rendered by composer AR Rahman himself, it is elevated by Ram Charan’s dynamic dance moves.
Rai Rai Ra Ra song gets positive response
Jani Master’s choreography stands out, doing full justice to a song that steers clear of routine drum-heavy beats. The high-energy dance number, designed for mass appeal, features lyrics by Anantha Sriram for the Telugu version. Public sentiment around the track has been overwhelmingly positive. Social media users have described it as “next level”, “phenomenal”, “uplifting and electrifying”, “pure fire”, and the “massiest intro song ever”. Many listeners believe it is among the better Tollywood songs in recent times, especially after a phase of formulaic tracks, with viral potential comparable to big anthems like Chikiri. All the songs in Peddi have been choreographed by Jani Master, Ram Charan’s frequent collaborator.

Peddi makers dismiss runtime-related rumours
Meanwhile, the team behind the pan-Indian film has dismissed rumours that director Buchi Babu Sana is working on a four-hour-long cut and that the film’s runtime will be excessive. “Do not believe any rumours circulating online about the final runtime of Peddi. Only the first half of the film has been locked, and re-recording is in the final stages under AR Rahman. The second half is currently in the final stage of shooting, with editing progressing simultaneously at a brisk pace. It will be completed very soon,” the team stated.
