A man sprayed an unknown substance on Democratic US Representative Ilhan Omar and was tackled to the ground Tuesday during a town hall she was hosting in Minneapolis.

A 30-year-old man allegedly killed his lover in Uttar Pradesh’s Agra, chopped up her body, put her head in a bag, and threw it in a canal, a police official said on Tuesday.
