A law student in Kolkata was allegedly gang-raped in her college’s security room after being lured with the promise of a key union post. Police have arrested three individuals, including a college alumnus and two current students, following the survivor’s complaint and medical corroboration.

The pan-India mediation campaign would commence on July 1 and will continue till September 30, 2025.
