During a frenzied attack in a medical university’s dormitory that housed foreign students in Russia, the 15-year-old attacker shouted nationalist slogans about the Holocaust, a local news media report claimed.

The Chief Minister flagged serious lapses in safety arrangements at excavation sites and warned that officers and contractors will be held accountable if negligence is found.

Adding new dimensions to the investigation, police said the girls’ father, Chetan Kumar, had earlier been linked to another suicide case in 2015 involving his live-in partner.
