Book your tickets:

Customers can easily book tickets on District by logging in with their email or mobile phone number.

• During the booking process, vital information such as transaction mode, contact details and email ID will be collected to ensure seamless ticket issuance.
• Post-transaction, customers will receive a detailed booking confirmation from District, containing essential details like ticket quantity, category, seat numbers and a unique alphanumeric QR code.
• Please note that these tickets are non-transferable and stringent measures will be taken against any individuals found engaging in the unauthorised resale of tickets.
• Get your tickets:

  Customers can visit the ticket counter or Box Office and approach the designated ticket window for their selected category.

• At the venue, customers can show the QR code, which is validated by District team members using inbuilt system devices.
• The team will verify the transaction details, ensuring a secure handover of tickets.
• Tickets are non-transferable.

• Entry into the venue:

  After validation, a fabric wristband will be handed to attendees, mandatory to be worn throughout the event.

• Torn tickets are not eligible for wristbands, ensuring a secure and controlled entry process.
• Entry through the Inner Gate:
• Attendees, equipped with the paper wristband, will enter through the section corresponding to their purchased category.
• Attendees will be guided to their designated seats upon verification of the wristband.

  Wearing the wristband throughout the show is mandatory, simplifying event management and avoiding any confusion.
