Lokayukta Finds No Evidence Against Siddaramaiah In MUDA Land Scam Case

Ex-Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has been given a clean chit in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority, or MUDA, land scam case by anti-corruption watchdog Lokayukta.

The MUDA land scam pertains to the allotment of land to Siddaramaiah’s wife, BM Parvathi, when he was Chief Minister. Anti-corruption activists alleged irregularities in the allotment cost the state Rs 45 crore.

These complaints named the Chief Minister, his wife, and other members of his family, including his son S Yathindra, and senior MUDA officials.
