California’s governor Gavin Newsom has called for an independent investigation into how critical fire hydrants ran out of water and “impaired” the fight against the Los Angeles area wildfires. According to the police, seven youths from Hyderabad had visited the reservoir to spend some time. While swimming, they slipped into deep water, and five of them tragically drowned.
