A CRPF jawan was shot dead by two bike-borne assailants in Haryana’s Sonipat while he was on leave. Police suspect the killing is linked to an altercation during the Kanwar Yatra.

At least four people were reportedly killed, including a New York Police Department officer, in a shooting in New York’s central Manhattan on Monday (local time).
