In a momentous move, the Filmfare Awards arrived in the heart of Assam. The first Filmfare Awards Assamese 2024 with the Jeewan Ram Mungi Devi Goenka Memorial Public Charitable Trust was held on March 10 in Taj Vivanta, Guwahati.
The evening hosted by Kopil Bora and Aimee Baruha saw some exciting onstage moments as the finest talent from the Assamese film industry took home the prestigious Black Lady. The line-up of dazzling performers taking to the Filmfare Awards Assamese 2024 stage included Jatin Bora, Nishita Goswami, Preety Kongana, Urmila Mahanta, Priyam Pallabee, Ranjit Gogoi, Gayatri Hazarika, and Dikshu Sarma.
