Seven passengers narrowly avoided tragedy on Air India Flight 171 due to a series of unforeseen circumstances. A 12-year-old girl, Trisha Bijwe from Nagpur, was critically injured in Manali when a zipline rope snapped, causing her to fall 30 feet into a gorge.
