The much awaited series The Witcher unveils the first image of the protagonist, new Geralt of Rivia, for its fourth season. Australian actor Liam Hemsworth will be taking over as the lead of the series.
Stepping into the shoes of Henry Cavill who played the lead in the previous seasons, Hemsworth’s transition signals a mystical transition in the much loved fantasy series. He expressed his excitement saying, “Henry Cavill has been an incredible Geralt. I’m honored that he’s handing me the reins. I may have some big boots to fill, but I’m truly excited to be stepping into The Witcher world.”
The Last Song actor will be seen sharing screen space with Freya Allan, Anya Chalotra, and Joey Batey, who reprise their roles as Princess Cirilla, sorceress Yennefer and minstrel Jaskier respectively.
