Rahul Gandhi announced ‘Mahila Nyay’ guarantees in Maharashtra’s Dhule, including direct benefit transfer of Rs 1 lakh to underprivileged women and 50% reservation in govt jobs. Congress also promised doubling govt contributions to income of Anganwadi, ASHA, and midday meal workers. They will establish hostels for working women and appoint nodal officers in every district.
